I am crossing my fingers for a little bit of spring magic. Some greenery, a slant of light, maybe a bit of bird fluff. Some inspiration from Pinterest:
I’m waiting for spring too. Right now (midnight, yes, yes, I should be asleep but I’m doing some lit searches on a moth) it is 13 below zero and it snowed 5 inches yesterday. But the forecast is calling for very warm temperatures beginning Friday. So, spring is trying to get here.
After this brutal Winter, I will immerse myself in Spring, totally. Focus intensely on all the different shades of green(beginning with the chartreuse of the baby maple leaves) and those of the Spring bulbs. Hope that the tulip and daffodil bulbs purchased on sale all come up and blossom. I also planted lots of garlic and shallots. This year, I pledge to myself to be fully AWARE of every aspect of Spring, go outside every day, not miss a moment of the joy.
I’ve just learned the colors and fragrances of baby chickens will be delayed until around April 10. Stormy weather down south postponed shipping this month. Until next month!
I’m so ready for spring. Almost 8 inches of snow today and it will be about 15 degrees below zero by morning. Thankfully, we are supposed to get a warm day next week. I hope that weather forecast is accurate 🙂
Appreciating the time and effort you put into your site
and detailed information you offer. It’s nice to come across
a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same outdated rehashed material.
Wonderful read! I’ve saved your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
